Effects of different innovative bone char based P fertilizers on bacteria catalyzing P turnover in agricultural soils

چکیده

Phosphorous (P) is one of the most critical macronutrient elements for plant growth, yield and quality. However, natural P sources are finite an improved recycling necessary. Therefore, we investigated effect bone char (BC) plus (BCplus) as products alternative fertilizers, on abundance microorganisms, which catalyze major steps in turnover a field experiment Central Germany. The effects were compared to conventional triple super phosphate (TSP) no fertilization. Samples analyzed from soils with three different initial soil concentrations (very low, optimal) times during winter wheat cultivation (stem elongation, heading, ripening) reveal interactions fertilizers properties. Abundances microorganisms involved uptake, solubilization mineralization assessed by quantitative real time PCR (qPCR). Additionally, potential acidic- alkaline phosphatase activity, water extractable available measured. Bacterial strategies maintain pools differed among treatments. While addition BCplus increased potential, low concentration control plots slow release BC favor biomass inducible uptake systems, displayed either high bacteria harboring phoD or pstS gene, respectively. All pronounced at heading optimal concentration. It can be assumed that sulfurization influences bacterial promoting fertilizer thereby increasing availability plants. development stage hamper turnover.

P 119: Role of Gut Bacteria on Alzheimer’s Disease

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease that is the most common type of dementia.AD includes 60_80% of dementia and most people with AD have more than 65 years old.AD causes losing neuronal activity by abnormal proteins. Plaques of beta-amyloid and tangles of “tau” protein can lead to AD. Recently evidence has found that AD may come from outside of central nerv...

effect of calcium carbonate and ph on the kinetics of p fixation in different soils

effects of calcium carbonate and ph on the kinetics of p fixation were studied on four non-calcareous soils treated with different levels of pure caco3, and also on six soils which were adjusted for ph within the range of 5 to 9. soils were also treated with k2hpo4 at the rate of 45 mg p/kg before they were incubated for a period of 100 days at 25○c. soil samples were taken at certain predeterm...
